The Zimbar route is a full-day itinerary over the entire Alpe Cimbra territory, which can be accessible by car or e-bike.

ROUTE
From the Due Spade Hotel you follow the road in the direction of Nosellari and you will immediately find a panoramic point with a view over the valley. Continuing on you will reach Lavarone Lake where you can stop for lunch; on the lake you can rent a pedalo to enjoy some relax. 

Then we continue towards the neighboring villages such as Gionghi and Cappella until we reach Luserna, where we can visit the famous Cimbrian museum and Forte Campo, we then continue towards Vezzena where we arrive to Malga Campo for a snack, on the way back to the hotel we make a deviation towards the famous Drago Vaia.

POINTS OF INTEREST
Along the entire route we find several points of interest because the itinerary crosses the entire Alpe Cimbra territory.
You can enjoy its landscapes from above and see Lavarone Lake up close, and once you arrive at the village of Luserna you can visit the famous Cimbrian museum. Don't forget to make a stop at the famous Drago Vaia.

CURIOSITY
Where does the name Zimbar come from? The story goes back to the year one thousand, when Bavarian farmers settled in these areas to cut down the forests and work with wood; the word Zimbar meaning wood and comes from their dialect.
